Shared Values Associates was founded in Seattle, Washington in 1985 by Peter Dove, president of SVA and one of the nation's top coaches in his field. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and has over three decades of experience coaching executives and training teams. He holds a business degree from the University of Washington.
